Six Pacifica Hotel Properties Named Top Performers By Lodging Hospitality
Santa Barbara, CA - Pacifica Hotel Company is proud to announce that six of its 22 hotels, including one in Los Angeles County (Redondo Beach), are on the prestigious list of the 75 Top Performers for 2007 selected by Lodging Hospitality magazine. The six top performing hotels are the Best Western Sunrise Hotel in Redondo Beach, CA; the Sandcastle Inn in Pismo Beach, CA; Best Western Blue Sea Lodge in San Diego, CA; The Empress Hotel in La Jolla, CA; Pacifica Suites in Santa Barbara, CA; and the Holiday Inn Express in San Luis Obispo, CA. The Top Performers are selected based on a calculation of total property sales divided by number of guest units to produce the annual sales per room.

Lodging Hospitality holds its Top Performers study every year. The role of the Top Performers study is not meant to be inclusive of all hotels in the industry. Rather, it was created to give hospitality professionals some benchmark data against which they can compare their own properties. The list includes hotels, motels and resorts of all sizes in all types of markets, enabling basic comparisons to a subscriber's hotel or portfolio of properties.
